Job Summary: The Diesel Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains diesel engines and related systems on various vehicles, such as trucks, buses, and heavy equipment. This job requires a solid understanding of diesel engine mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and diagnostics. The right candidate is motivated, committed to quality work, and has a strong work ethic. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on diesel engines used in construction equipment Diagnose and repair faulty parts including injectors, pumps, filters, and engine components using diagnostic tools and manuals Operate diagnostic software or tools for accurate analysis Interpret fault codes and conduct tests to resolve operational problems Attend to breakdowns at project sites and perform on-site repairs or servicing Ensure minimal downtime and coordinate with project managers for equipment availability Keep maintenance records and logs up to date for all serviced equipment Adhere to workplace safety norms, PPE usage, and maintenance of a clean work environment Maintain service logs, repair notes, and parts inventory usage Assist in maintaining equipment service records for audit and warranty purposes Qualifications: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Diesel Mechanic Trade (Government recognized) Experience required of 0-1 year, freshers are also considered. Apprenticeship or training with equipment manufacturers or authorized service centres(preferable) Safety and Maintenance Certifications (such as ISO-based or OSHA compliance training, where applicable) Skills required: Hands-on expertise with diesel engine systems and heavy machinery Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and diagrams Competent in the use of diagnostic tools and scan tools. · Problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and critical thinking Time management and ability to work under pressure Dedicated to travel anywhere when needed Strong communication and teamwork for coordination with operators, supervisors, and engineers Perks and Benefits: Wellness support and travel allowance Paid leave and national holidays Work time: 09:30am-06:30 pm (Monday-Saturday)
The Electrical Technician at Sona Construction Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, including construction machinery and production tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical systems related to industrial machinery and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure safe and efficient operations. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Perform installation, inspection, and routine maintenance of electrical components in machines and control panels. 2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in construction and manufacturing equipment. 3. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during all electrical work. 4. Maintain documentation of work performed, including service reports and preventive maintenance schedules. 5. Assist in electrical upgrades, equipment relocations, and commissioning of new machinery. 6. Collaborate with mechanical and technical teams to diagnose multidisciplinary faults. 7. Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and increase equipment lifespan. 8. Visit project sites as needed to provide on-site electrical support, equipment servicing, and commissioning. 9. Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns to restore operations promptly. Skills: ITI certified in Electrical Technician. 2. Minimum 0–1 years of experience in industrial or construction equipment electrical maintenance. (Freshers are also considered) 3. Sound knowledge of electrical circuits, panels, PLCs (preferred), and safety standards. 4. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. 6. Willingness to travel to project sites and work during non-standard hours if required

Prior experience (1–4 years) in Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales preferred. Experience in physical, one-on-one customer meetings and product demos. Must be open to travel extensively within the assigned area. Proficiency in using MS Office tools, emails, and Zoho CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
