The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Duties include supervising and training sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, and conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings. The role requires regular reporting on sales activities and performance metrics. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to Develop Strategic Sales Plans and Conduct Market Research Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel as required Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
