Role & responsibilities Plant Monthly Capacity Planning Ensuring manufacturing facility as per customer volumes Capacity Planning for New Business Machine procurement process: RFQ, DAP, Trials, Installation & Commissioning Productivity improvement by various tools like: CT reduction, SWCT Meeting production volumes by: line balancing Layout improvement activities for Lean manufacturing Introduction of new technologies Handover of new machines before customer timelines Meeting IATF requirents for the department Knowledge of cutting tools PLC and HMI programming (Mitsubishi & Delta) Basic knowledge of CNC ladder programming Basic knowledge of Autocad BOM prepration knowledge for machine building Preferred candidate profile
1. Tracking & Maintaining product price movements for (RM)commodity & (FE)forex for customers MSIL,HONDA,TOYOTA,ISUZU. 2. Price reconciliation with customers w.r.t RM/FE amendments as and when required. 3. Co-ordination with internal depts. for customer specific requirements. 4. Expertise of working on MSIL” portal” for all price amendments activities. 5. Regular follow-ups with customers for PO amendments & Payments. 6. Prepare monthly customer sales provisions. 7. Maintaining all customer related correspondences (MOMs, price movements etc.) – Should have good data mgmt. skills. 8. Price settlement & price actualizations with customers - Should have good negotiation skills. 9. Customer liaison activities. 10. Preparation of marketing related MIS reports & presentations. 11. Handling Marketing audits. 12. Should have good commercial acumen. 13. Should have Good inter-personnel skills. 14. Should be Good in “written & verbal communication” to be able to communicate well with the customers.
