As a Foreman, your responsibilities will include reporting project progress to superiors, developing work schedules for workers, supervising all construction personnel, serving as the intermediary between construction workers and supervisors, resolving disputes among workers, ensuring adequate project staffing, assigning tasks to construction workers, and monitoring project expenditures to stay within budget. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a High School Diploma or GED, strong organizational skills to create work schedules, the ability to effectively resolve conflicts between workers, capability to lift up to 50 pounds, excellent communication skills, proficient negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and processes, ability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints, and experience in conducting quality checks on construction equipment. This is a full-time position with benefits including provided meals, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the preferred candidate should have a total of 2 years of relevant work experience.
