Sales Engineer – Plastic Division ahmedabad,bengaluru 2 - 5 years INR 3.0 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are seeking for Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics), with 2-5 years of experience in Industrial sales; Low value capital goods sales. Experience of selling Plastic Auxiliaries or Dehumidifiers The position would report to Regional Team Leader. Responsibilities: Develop in-depth technical product knowledge to be able to successfully take a solution based selling approach towards customers as ours is an applied product Make the right product recommendation basis client requirement with appropriate product specs Generate relevant new enquiries of potential Customers and maintain all the data in CRM Forecast future demand and adequately plan for it Create and deliver sales presentations, prepare proposals, reports, and other sales-related documentation Make regular customer visits for new inquiry and to create market awareness Achieve given sales targets & develop the territory Process the order booking in ERP and monitoring delivery Payment follow up with clients Interdepartmental Coordination and between HO & client Customer Engagement in Exhibitions Competitor mapping and market landscape assessment Maintaining relationships with key customers, HVAC Consultants & Contractors Replication of product applications in different areas Provide after sales support through our Service Network Prepare MIS and necessary documents for management discussion Necessary Experience: Industrial sales; Low value capital goods Experience of selling Plastic Auxiliaries or Dehumidifiers Preferred experience : HVAC & Refrigeration basics, Industrial market for application in process plants. A know how on Air handling units, Dehumidifiers, Fans, Automation/PLC. Pharma, food, Cold Storage industry Skills : Proficient in MS Office Experience in using ERP and CRM is preferred Behavioural Traits High Energy Good interpersonal and networking skills Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Fluency in English and local language Should have go-getter attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Works well within a team Customer Care Attitude Creative Problem Solving Willing to travel extensively Age: 23 - 25 years
