What You’ll Do Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & document precise business requirements. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and suggest improvements to business processes and systems, staying abreast of industry trends and technologies What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a demonstrated track record in requirement analysis, project management, and process improvement. 6 plus years in business and / or systems analysis or related experience preferred 8+ years’ experience in Annuity, financial services, or life insurance work experience preferred Expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies, project management software.
