Based in the GCO Enablement Team in GDS India, the role will support the member firm GCO Teams on Corporate Secretarial and entity management matters. You will provide secretarial and entity governance support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior level). You will be expected to assess and understand how firm risks can be best managed and mitigated. Your Responsibilities Key responsibilities will include the following: Supporting corporate secretarial compliances and matters of EY member firms forming part of the Global delivery network. Drafting agenda, notices, resolutions, annual report and minutes. Statutory filings, maintenance of statutory registers of such entities. Assist the legal team in ensuring that board, committees, and management bodies are compliant with local legislation and regulation. Work with various GCO teams across delivery centres to provide support and act as a point of contact on corporate secretarial matters and entity governance/management matters. Well versed with applicable compliances under Companies Act, LLP Act. Have a thorough understanding and appreciation of general key business risks that need to be managed (training will be facilitated in respect of EY’s specific risk management framework) Runs a series of reports to assess data quality for information held on the Global Corporate Database as well as investigates and/or rectifies any gaps or anomalies in this information.
