Job Description: Position Description: The D365 Technical Associate will focus on supporting the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Finance and Operations (F&O) and CE modules. Your primary responsibilities will be to create, upgrade, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain the environments and integrations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Deploy, monitor, and maintain Dynamics 365, add-ons, and associated business applications. Deploy, monitor, and maintain Power Platform development environments. Implement system upgrades and patches to keep the environment up-to-date and secure. Facilitate data management between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems. Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (F&O and CE), ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Implement and manage security policies to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access. Create and maintain backups and perform restores. Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. Implement performance-tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality. Provide technical support for the data platform and its integration with D365. Collaborate with the Group IT support team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Stay current with emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies and assess their applicability to our organization's architecture. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Job Specifications: Self-starter, a critical thinker, a problem solver, and can quickly build working relationships with diverse stakeholders in our organization and understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong relationships. Analytical skills to measure the impact and success of change initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Required Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related study. 1+ years proven experience in application management/development. Knowledge of D365 suite, Azure, Azure DevOps, security, integration solutions, and approaches. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
