Operational Responsibilities Operate and monitor equipment used for mixing, blending, distilling, or recovering solvents. Follow precise formulas and procedures to ensure accurate chemical mixtures. Transfer solvents between tanks, drums, or other containers using pumps, valves, and pipelines. Maintain proper temperature, pressure, and flow rates during processing. Use control systems (manual or automated) to regulate operations. Quality & Safety Perform quality control checks to ensure solvent specifications are met. Sample and test solvents using laboratory equipment as needed. Adhere strictly to safety protocols when handling flammable or hazardous materials. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, leaks, or spills promptly.
