Perform quality control tests on water-based or solvent-based decorative paints and wood coatings to ensure compliance with product specifications. Inspect raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to maintain quality standards . Conduct application and performance testing of paints and coatings, such as adhesion, viscosity, gloss, and durability tests. Monitor the production process and provide technical support to production teams to ensure consistent product quality . Identify and resolve quality issues during the production process and ensure corrective actions are taken. Assist in the formulation validation process to ensure the quality of new or modified products. Maintain accurate records of QC tests, results, and non-conformance reports. Coordinate with the R&D and production teams to continuously improve quality control procedures. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies for health, safety, and environmental standards.
