Solutions Engineer - II

You will be responsible for working closely with the project management team to design and implement technical solutions for multiple projects, ensuring their efficacy and smooth data integration. Additionally, you will identify and provide timely workarounds and solutions for technical issues that may arise during project execution. Articulating features and differentiating solution offerings to various audiences, from project managers to end clients, will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will assist in creating analytics dashboards for customers and the fulfillment team by writing SQL queries and documenting technology solutions in detail for reproducibility. Mentoring junior team members, interacting with clients to support data integration processes, and driving operational efficiency by writing scripts and APIs (Python, JS) for automation will be key responsibilities. Collaboration with the Software Engineering team to devise efficient solutions for complex use cases is also expected. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred) and possess a good understanding of data structures, system design, and REST APIs. With 2-4 years of experience in providing technical support for projects and clients, you must be an expert in writing SQL queries and have strong communication skills for presenting data-driven insights. A continuous desire for growth and learning, along with a strong grasp of programming logic and software, are essential. Your systematic problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and drive, combined with effective written and verbal communication, will contribute to your success in this role.
