Solutions Architect / Technical Lead - AI & Automation

You will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions using Node.JS for backend and Vue.JS for frontend to create custom portals and administration interfaces. Additionally, you will integrate Azure AI services, Google OCR, and Azure OCR into client workflows. In the realm of AI/ML engineering, you will develop and optimize vision-based AI models such as Layout Parsing (LP), Layout Inference (LI), and Layout Transformation (LT) using Python. You will also implement NLP pipelines for document extraction, classification, and data enrichment. As part of cloud and database management, you will architect and optimize MongoDB databases on Azure for scalability, security, and performance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure on Azure for AI workloads, including containerization and serverless deployments. Your role will involve providing technical leadership by leading cross-functional teams in solution delivery and troubleshooting complex technical issues related to OCR accuracy, AI model drift, or system integration. You will also play a key role in client enablement by advising clients on technical best practices for scaling AI solutions, documenting architectures, conducting knowledge transfers, and mentoring junior engineers. To excel in this position, you must have expertise in technologies such as Vue.JS, Node.JS, Python, Azure AI, NLP techniques, and OCR technologies including Google Vision OCR and Azure Form Recognizer. Experience with MongoDB, Azure cloud services, Infrastructure-as-Code tools, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI/ML, OCR, or document automation, including deploying enterprise-scale solutions in cloud environments. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Azure Solutions Architect, MongoDB Developer, or Google Cloud AI/ML, as well as experience with alternative OCR tools, AI platforms, and knowledge of specific integrations and technologies.
