Job Description

Role Overview: As a Data Science & Analysis professional in India, you will have the opportunity to design, train, and fine-tune advanced foundational models using healthcare and other relevant datasets. Your focus will be on accuracy and context relevance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML technologies seamlessly into solution offerings. You will deploy, monitor, and manage AI models in production environments, ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, and drive innovation by researching the latest advancements in AI/ML. Key Responsibilities: - Design, train, and fine-tune advanced foundational models (text, audio, vision) using healthcare and other relevant datasets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML technologies into solution offerings. - Deploy, monitor, and manage AI models in a production environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. - Research and evaluate the latest advancements in AI/ML and industry trends to drive innovation. - Ensure AI solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements (i.e., HIPAA). - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers. - Translate business needs into technical requirements for model fine-tuning and development. - Select and curate appropriate datasets for fine-tuning foundational models. - Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data. - Ensure AI solutions can seamlessly integrate with existing systems and applications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. - 10+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML. - Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with popular AI/ML frameworks. - Practical experience deploying and managing AI models in production environments. - Experience in Voice AI applications and understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory compliance is preferred. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies is a plus. - Familiarity with MLOps practices. - Delivered a minimum of 3 to 5 AI/LLM medium to large scale projects.
