Solutions Analyst (Oracle EBS)

You are a motivated and detail-oriented Solution Analyst joining the COE team supporting enterprise Finance Systems. Your role involves leveraging your working knowledge of Finance ERPs (such as Oracle EBS), understanding of Agile practices, and interest in collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities include supporting Agile delivery through facilitating ceremonies like standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives. You will work with product owners and senior analysts to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements in the form of user stories. Additionally, you will document and maintain Agile artifacts under the guidance of senior team members, participate in user workshops to capture business needs, and develop an understanding of Oracle EBS modules to analyze related processes. You will collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and developers to validate requirements, support configuration activities, and track progress. Your role also involves assisting in User Acceptance Testing, coordinating environment readiness for lower environments, contributing to end-user training efforts, and supporting defect triage and resolution. Preferred qualifications for this role include 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst role within a Finance Systems environment, familiarity with Finance ERP systems like Oracle EBS or NetSuite, exposure to Agile methodologies, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
