Your responsibilities will include maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention rates, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, conducting training sessions, delivering engaging presentations, and ensuring effective application of Mintel subscriptions. Your role will also involve closely monitoring client engagement levels, identifying potential opportunities for upgrades, and contributing to the overall growth of the team by sharing your insights and success stories. Additionally, your analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication abilities, and organizational prowess will be crucial in excelling in this position. We are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in FMCG Market Research or related professional services, along with a passion for the FMCG industry. Fluency in English, strong organizational skills, a solution-driven mindset, and a willingness to travel within the South East Asia region are also key attributes we seek in potential candidates.
