Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, including the ability to craft compelling reports and storyboards for senior leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills, project management abilities, and experience in leading small to medium-sized teams are also key requirements. You will be entrusted with overseeing team development and ensuring the overall well-being of the team. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 2+ years of relevant research experience in a professional services firm, KPO, or specialized research firms.
