The specialist roles at Navigate are crucial for providing essential support to our teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our clients" requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with contracts, setting up necessary tools like Xero Me, and offering support in the absence of senior team members. Your responsibilities will include providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to enhance individual and team performance. Strong communication skills are essential for working closely with clients and team members to ensure accurate and understandable balance sheets. Additionally, your strong analytical skills will be utilized to review client balance sheets, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions. Your focus on solution thinking will drive the development of solutions to address any issues that arise, with an emphasis on training team members accordingly. The ideal candidate will have a background in B.com, M. Com, Inter CA, CA, or CMA, and experience in implementing best practice templates and conducting regular training sessions. This is a full-time position with benefits including provided food, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule consists of fixed shifts from Monday to Friday with morning shifts.
