Job Description

As a Solution Architecture Specialist at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team, serving as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your role will involve providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients build intelligent operating models, driving exceptional results. Collaborating closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams, you will identify and develop innovative solutions, such as Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation Process. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to establish strong client relationships, manage multiple stakeholders effectively, and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position. Your primary responsibility will be managing the technology team supporting BPS's Voice & Data Infrastructure Service Management. As a subject matter expert in IT infrastructure projects and IT service delivery for Accenture Operations Clients, you will serve as a trusted business advisor, guiding IT operations and optimizing IT infrastructure and services. In this role, you will analyze and solve moderately complex problems, potentially creating new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures. Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management and aligning it with team goals is crucial. Your primary interactions will be with your direct supervisor, and you may also engage with peers and management levels at clients or within Accenture. You may be required to work in rotational shifts, and decisions made by you can significantly impact the team. If managing small teams or work efforts as an individual contributor, you will be expected to provide guidance on methods and procedures for new assignments.,
