Description
You will be part of the Technology for Operations team at Accenture, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the technical direction of projects and ensuring seamless integration of systems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions. - Designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive technology solutions that meet business needs. - Working closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions in the areas of Application Hosting Operations, Infrastructure Management, and Intelligent Automation. We are looking for someone with: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Certification in solution architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect) is preferred. - Experience with modern software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum. - Knowledge of security frameworks and data privacy standards. Qualifications: - Minimum of 12-15 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture or system integration role. - Proven experience with enterprise integration patterns, middleware technologies, and APIs. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments. Technical Expertise: - Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, GraphQL, ESB, messaging queues). - Strong knowledge of database systems and data modeling. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Architecture: - Own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. - Drive discussions and consult on transformation, functional/application designs, and infrastructure. - Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms for system integration. 2. System Integration: - Design and oversee the implementation of APIs, middleware, and data integration solutions. - Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across integrated systems. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyze business requirements. - Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans. - Manage stakeholder expectations on the proposed solution. 4. Documentation and Compliance: - Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution architectures and system designs. - Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory and security standards. - Leverage standard process methods to shape solutions to meet scope of services and related costs.
