Role Overview: You will be working as a Solution Architect specializing in ServiceNow with expertise in CSM, CMBD, and Telecom Service Management (TSM). Your role will involve leveraging your technical consulting skills to provide innovative solutions to address complex digital transformation needs. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow to design and implement solutions for Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Telecom Service Management (TSM). - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide guidance and support to the development team in implementing the designed solutions. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the implemented solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical consulting, with a focus on ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of CSM, CMBD, and TSM modules within the ServiceNow platform. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
