Job Description

As a Solution Architect at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to engage with stakeholders, analyze business/non-functional requirements, and define solution architectures. You will need to have a deep understanding of the relevant business domain, customer needs, and product/application features to collaborate effectively across departments and provide suitable solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to assess existing business processes, offer guidance to both Customers and IT teams, and identify opportunities for implementing Automation/Efficiency through AI tools and technologies. In your role, you will conduct checkpoint reviews of projects focused on solutions to ensure quality and process adherence. You will also be responsible for evaluating technology and DevOps maturity, and suggesting short-term and long-term roadmaps for software products/applications. Participating in the Presales and Existing Account Growth activities will be a crucial aspect of your job. This will involve providing technical solutions during the RFP process, engaging in client conversations as a subject matter expert in areas of RPA and Technology Advisory & Consulting, and working with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to the business domain and product/application features. Additionally, you will be required to conduct research and develop proof of concepts to support proposed solutions. **Mandatory Skills:** - Minimum of 13-15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect. - Expertise in Python and at least one OCR technology such as Azure Document Intelligence, Tessaract, or Adobe Abbyy. - Proficiency in various solution frameworks, business processes, COTS, standards, and best practices. - In-depth knowledge of Front-end (.Net, Javascript) or Back-end technologies (Java) and JS technology platform/frameworks/middleware products. - Good understanding of Business domains like Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, with expertise in at least one domain. - Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere. - Strong understanding of DevOps, Cloud technologies, and multiple database technologies. - Ability to analyze load, transaction volume, perform capacity planning, and resolve performance issues. - Familiarity with design methodologies, architecture principles, testing processes, and technologies. - Strong communication skills to articulate proposed solutions to technical and business audiences. **Credentials Preferred:** - TOGAF/Zachman Certified Architect. - Cloud-certified solution architect. - AI Certifications (LLMs, GenAI).
