Solution Architect - ServiceNow

As a Solution Architect specializing in ServiceNow, your role will involve leveraging the capabilities of ServiceNow Telecom Industry Solutions in combination with Wipro's technical and industry expertise to provide exceptional solutions to global clients. Qualifications Required: - ServiceNow Platform skills with Telecom Industry experience and Infrastructure/Network experience. - 10+ years of industry experience with at least 6 years in architecting, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. - 4+ years of experience advising customers on ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and implementation roadmap. - 3+ years in ServiceNow solution architecture consulting. - Experience in managing ServiceNow development teams and working in a global delivery model. - Proficiency in client/customer management, reporting, and stakeholder management. - Experience in supporting pre-sales activities and delivering solution presentations. - Possession of ServiceNow Mainline Certifications (CIS and Suite).
