Solution Architect-Hospitality domain

You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solution architectures involving Oracle Micros (Point of Sale Systems) and Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP). Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Leading technical solution design workshops and stakeholder discussions to define integration strategies and solution scope. - Providing hands-on expertise in configuring, integrating, and supporting Oracle Micros solutions with other enterprise systems. - Designing and delivering robust integration solutions leveraging OHIP, ensuring seamless connectivity between Micros applications and external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). - Defining technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and best practices for the Micros and OHIP stack. - Collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during solution implementation. - Conducting performance assessments and optimizations of deployed solutions. - Staying updated with Oracle Micros/OHIP product updates and industry trends. In order to be successful in this role, you should have: - 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Micros and OHIP. - Strong understanding of Oracle Micros POS systems architecture, modules, and integration points. - In-depth knowledge of OHIP, its architecture, services, configuration, and integration with Micros and third-party applications. - Experience in designing APIs, middleware, and integration solutions in enterprise environments. - Strong background in solution design, system integration, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). - Good knowledge of database technologies (Oracle DB), Java-based integrations, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and related technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to technology selection. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. If you have experience in the Hospitality domain and knowledge of cloud technologies (OCI, AWS), it would be considered a plus. Additionally, certification in Oracle Micros/OHIP is preferred.,
