Job Description

Technical Expertise:

LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
Knowledge of model evaluation frameworks, (4o vs Claude), knowledge of Huggingface or AI Foundry
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases and chunking, embedding (FAISS, Qdrant, Pinecone, OpenSearch).
Multi-agent orchestration (ReAct, AgentExecutor, function calling).
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on experience in deployment.

Experience

Preferable up to 10 years (Max 12) in GCCs, Product based IT companies or IT services

Look for someone who has been catering to global market as a priority Should have hands on experience as individual contribution in putting AI applications to production - with 3–5 years in AI/ML/GenAI.
Hand-on python is must; should have traversed as full stack developer in initial careers.
