Job Title: Solution Architect Location: Pune, Bangalore Experience: 8+ years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (Candidates with more than 30 days notice will not be considered) Job Description: Role Overview: A web app developer with preferably hands-on experience with BI and Al integration along with exposure to analytics. Responsibilities: Build responsive, data-rich applications using React/Angular and integrate with BI tools like Power Bl or Thoughtspot. Embed Al/ML -driven features such as predictive insights, recommendation engines, or NLP tools into user interfaces. Collaborate with analytics teams to visualize client, campaign, and sales data with clarity and impact. Support integration across CRM platforms(Salesforce) and enterprise data sources( SnowFlake, Azure ). Guide partners on coding standards, solutions design, and reusable frameworks Participate in solution architecture reviews and POCs to validate scalable designs. Knowledge/Skills Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development(React, Angular, Javascript). Experience integrating Bl platforms (Power BI) and Al services Familiarity with Rest APls, data modeling, and secure web development practices. Exposure to CRIM-driven insights and client engagement workflows is a plus. Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional, distributed team settings. Background in financial services, preferably asset management or distribution, is preferred. Self-starter and works effectively with minimal direction Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment. Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team. Experience Familiar with US financial market and trade lifecycle a plus
