Experience range - 4yrs - 10yrs Notice period - 15 days to immediate Strong functional knowledge of SAP Solution Manager with at least 2 endtoend implementation project and 2 support projects as a Solution Manager Functional SME for following areas Responsible for the analysis design customization and operations of SAP Solution Manager implementations Must manage SAP Solman Implementation from top to bottom starting with change management and project planning to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment Managing SAP Operations System Landscape Information Test Management activities End to End ChaRM configuration knowledge Business role configuration Status and Action Configuration Import Jobs Solution LCG Change cycles etc Configuration of Simple IT Request Knowledge on BEX Query to build the Custom Reports Dashboard Troubleshooting ChaRM issues during managed system updatesrefresh etc Configure Techmon for different SAP Systems Day to day operational support and enhancement for ChaRM workflows for addition of new systems or decommission of existing systems in managed system landscape Consulting coordination customer presentationworkshop and training experience for ChaRM functionality Configure ChaRM in Solman including retrofit N1 N2 and CSOL Knowledge on SolMan integration with Service Now SolDoc Implementation for SAP Systems Implement SolMan CBTA for Test Automation for connected SAP landscape Configure transport management in SAP landscape and create the buffer and move the transport in the system Good knowledge on dashboard creation for Focused Insights Good knowledge on Focused Build for ITSM ChaRM Troubleshooting skills to solve diagnostic agent managed system setup EWA and any other topic related issues Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System Wily EM Installation configuration EWA configuration Diagnostic Agent and Wily Enterprise Manager Installation and Configuration Good knowledge on Could ALM Good knowledge of LinuxWindows and SAP HANA
