As a Logistics Coordinator at Solis, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team by helping with various administrative tasks and logistical coordination for imports & export deals. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: 1. Managing supply chain logistics a. Coordination with freight forwarding companies globally to facilitate pick-up from Europe, US, U.K., to be delivered to India, Taiwan, South Korea etc. b. Coordination with suppliers and customers to ensure products are delivered within specified time periods c. Constant monitoring of movements of cargo from different parts of the globe d. Frequently updating company data to show the most up to date information on each cargo – weights, documents, bill of lading, photos, etc. e. Following up with customers for payments f. Creating documentation for import & export of cargo 2. Stakeholder communication and Relationship management a. Clear and concise communication with the management team, suppliers, customers and all business partners b.
