Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SolidWorks Designer to join our design team at Window Grille Pvt. Ltd., a growing manufacturer of custom window grilles and metal fabrication products. The ideal candidate should have a basic to intermediate understanding of SolidWorks and a passion for precision and design in sheet metal and structural components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and 3D CAD models using SolidWorks.
• Draft detailed technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Modify and update existing designs based on feedback.
• Maintain organized records of design files and project documentation.
• Assist in developing prototypes and design improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (certification is a plus).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Freshers may apply; relevant internship/project experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing metal structures or grilles.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, welding, and fabrication standards.
• Familiarity with other CAD tools (AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus.
