-SolidWorks, AutoCAD sound knowledge.

-Mechanical enclosure assembly knowledge.

-Production processes Knowledge.

-Ability to make inspection report.

-Drawing reading skills.

-Ferrous and nonferrous material knowledge.

-Strong knowledge in Engineering standards followed [ANSI,ISO,ASTM]

-Responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixtures, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle. Establishes standards across all operational processes.

-Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance, availability, interchangeability, ease of use, and durability.

-Skilled in Drafting for manufacturing parts and product definition.

-Knowledge in GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up Analysis, Reverse Engineering.

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-BOM for machine manufacturing and OEM Parts, Pneumatic part selection, and preparing pneumatic Circuit Diagrams.

-Design validation includes risk analysis, calculating Safety measures, Ergonomics and Aesthetics.

-Review drawings for accuracy, material selection, proper machining techniques, cost, finish, and fits with tolerances.
