The Head of Engineering will oversee and lead the engineering team, manage engineering projects, and drive software development efforts. Strong programming background in Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar languages used in blockchain development. Demonstrated success in scaling products from 0-1 in a fast-paced startup environment. Expertise in system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. Strong understanding of security best practices in crypto ecosystems. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science engineering, or related field.
