You will be the Environment Management Lead at Claruim, responsible for overseeing the pre-production environments and leading a team to ensure efficient scheduling, support, and maintenance. Key responsibilities include orchestrating the release process, implementing build, deployment, and environment management strategies, automating CI/CD processes, and overseeing changes deployed to QA environments. You will work on configuration automation, real-time release dashboards, and defining DevOps processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Client Infra and Application Teams to assess the current state, identify automation opportunities, and prioritize tasks for automation. Your role will involve working with SRE and Ops leads to create and manage backlogs of automation user stories. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree. You must have project management skills, including experience leading teams and supporting multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency in project coordination tools like Jira and MS Project is essential, along with advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle processes. Your qualifications should include a solid understanding of in-house and vendor products for testing environments, on-call troubleshooting experience, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience with creating dashboards, alerts, and familiarity with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift will be advantageous.
