You will also recommend booking goals for the sales team members to achieve desired results. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing sales activities, including approving space release for catering to maximize revenue in the absence of a Business Evaluation Manager. Participating in sales calls and supporting the operational aspects of business booked are essential tasks that you will be responsible for. Analyzing and reporting on sales and financial data is another critical aspect of your role. You will utilize sales systems to analyze market information and develop strategies to achieve the property's financial room and catering goals. Working closely with Revenue Management, you will assist in completing accurate projections and review guest satisfaction results to identify areas for improvement. Ensuring exceptional customer service is at the core of your responsibilities. You will lead by example in guest hospitality and customer service, interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. By empowering employees to deliver excellent customer service, you will contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of customers. Your role will also involve building successful relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive sales efforts and achieve property goals.
