As a Validation Technician within the Ampere Silicon Validation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality products that benefit customers while minimizing yield loss. Your responsibilities will include assisting in board bring up, managing lab components, performing test planning, collaborating with lab users, and automating processes to enhance validation methodology efficiency. To excel in this role, you should hold an engineering degree or diploma in Electrical or Electronics and Communications, with at least 7+ years of hands-on experience in inventory management and rework activities, including assembly and removal of ICs and SMD components. Your ability to interpret schematics for rework activities, manage shipments, and demonstrate expertise in soldering work and board control will be essential. Additionally, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to decision-making are key attributes for success.
