Quality & Compliance· Ensure process compliance with ISO/IEC standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, BIS, DLMS, etc.) relevant to smart meters.· Participate in internal/external audits and drive process improvements from audit outcomes.· Drive process capability (Cpk) improvements and reduce process variation.· 6. Cost & Efficiency Improvements· Identify and implement cost reduction projects through process improvements, lean manufacturing, and waste elimination.· Support value engineering/VA-VE initiatives in collaboration with R&D and SCM.· 7.
