Maintain tools, equipment and measuring instruments in order, ensure usability and calibration expiration. Identify, segregate and report non-conformances / discrepancies on parts and products during verification of kits, fabrication and testing. Actively participate in functional and cross functional discussions related to product and process non-conformances. Identify, plan and implement process improvements (Kaizen). Refer and adhere to the safety requirements specific to operations and ensure zero FOD. Elimination of all waste in production. Accountable for Failure to meet EHS requirement, report incidents, follow defined process, meet set objective and targets. Achieving 100% first time quality and 100% on time (Zero Defect and Zero slippage). 100% compliance to documentation requirements. 100% compliance to the safety and FOD requirements.
