Responsibilities Configure infrastructure in the client environment to be added into monitoring including Network, Server, Storage, Backup, Data Protection, Hyperconverged, ESXi, and other infrastructure. Create client technical documentation. Communicate the status of the onboarding project tasks. Ensure that clients infrastructure is healthy, stable, documented, and configured with accepted technical best practices. Serve as a technical subject matter expert and as an escalation point on complex monitoring issues for the Managed Services team. Qualifications/ Technology Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in supporting Windows / Linux in an enterprise environment. Experience with Windows, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and certificates. Linux OS configuration and troubleshooting preferred. A college degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field. Unique education, specialized experience, skills, knowledge, training, or certification may be substituted for education. Managed Services or Consulting experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain collaborative and positive working relationships at all levels.
