You should be a Graduate in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSC/BA/B.Com or MSC in Computer Applications with a minimum of 60% score in 10th, 12th, and graduation. Additionally, you should possess at least 1 year of experience in sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting as freshers will not be considered for this role. The role requires your willingness to work in mid-night shifts (post 11:30 pm IST) and on weekends, as it involves mid-night shifts and weekend working. It is essential to have a strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to enhance productivity, along with excellent business telephone and customer service skills. Your communication skills should be clear, persuasive, and proficient in verbal and written English. You must hold a French and Spanish C1 Certification to be eligible for this position, and you should be comfortable with making volume/bulk calls to prospective users, as the role involves interacting with potential clients over calls. A general understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, and an electrical or electronics background would be highly desirable. Exposure to solar/PV-related environments would also be highly beneficial. This is a Full-time job that includes a Night shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Salesforce and Sales. Additionally, having a French/Spanish C1 Certification is mandatory for this role.
