What you need to bring: * 2+ years of professional editing experience * Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator * Motion graphics & Animation (you’re no stranger to transitions, animations, and eye-candy that makes sense) * Experience in editing and packaging branded content, digital ads, reels, and corporate films But here’s what really matters: * You’re social media-savvy and know what stops thumbs (and holds attention) * You know how to cut for rhythm, pace, and emotion — not just for length * You take feedback like a sport — but also know when to fight for a better idea * You take ownership of your work — if your name’s on the edit, you care how it lands And here’s the real perk: Once you’re past your probation, you lead post-production.
