We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with taxation and accounting standards, and support smooth financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling GST, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and preparing financial reports. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in /ERP software. Prepare and manage sales & purchase invoices. Handle accounts receivable and payable efficiently. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in compliance with government regulations. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing & reporting. Maintain stock records for solar products (in coordination with store/operations team). Prepare financial data/reports for management decision-making. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks when required. Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on outstanding receivables from clients. Monitor expenses and support cost optimization.
