Job Responsibilities:
Install, test, and maintain solar PV systems (rooftop & ground-mounted)
Perform wiring, mounting of panels, inverters, and batteries
Conduct site inspections and system troubleshooting
Ensure systems comply with safety and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and repair work
Monitor system performance and report issues
Follow electrical safety guidelines at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical wiring
Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts
Familiarity with inverters, charge controllers, and batteries
Willingness to work on rooftops and outdoor sites
Preferred Skills
Experience with rooftop solar installations
Knowledge of net metering and grid-tied systems
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
