We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to drive the adoption of clean solar energy across Uttarakhand. You will be responsible for selling solar power plant solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Your key role will be to educate customers on the significant financial benefits of solar, with a special focus on leveraging Uttarakhand's government subsidies and incentives to close sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales leads in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and present tailored solar solutions. Clearly explain the technical, financial, and environmental benefits of solar energy. Expertly guide clients through the process of applying for and utilizing state government incentives and subsidies. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals. Qualifications: A self-starter with proven field sales experience, preferably in solar, energy, or a related industry. An excellent communicator and skilled negotiator with a passion for sales. Familiar with the geography and market of Uttarakhand. Able to work independently and is driven by results. Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Fluency in local dialects is a major plus.
