Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of steel structure design for PEB and solar applications. Familiarity with IS 800, IS 875, IS 456, NBC , and other relevant standards. Understanding of solar structure loading (wind, seismic, dead/live loads). Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Experience working with solar EPC or industrial construction companies is an advantage. Knowledge of fabrication methods and erection practices. Awareness of renewable energy sector trends and structural design optimization.
