Solar Installation Engineers

As a Solar Installation Engineer / Solar Project Engineer, you will be responsible for site installations, module selection, and ensuring project execution with visibility and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Knowledge to compute Solar & BESS installation systems/procedures. - Planning, supervising, and executing end-to-end solar & BESS installation projects. - Identifying and selecting appropriate types of solar modules and components for installations. - Conducting site assessments, feasibility studies, and ensuring visibility for optimal solar generation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and business needs in solar energy. - Integrating battery energy storage systems (BESS) into solar power projects when applicable. - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of WBS project, scheduling, timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. - Preparing technical documentation, reports, and after-installation processes to upkeep the systems. - Staying updated with industry trends, emerging solar technologies, and renewable energy solutions. Qualifications & Experience required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field. - Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in solar project execution and installation. - Strong knowledge of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, transformers, BESS Technology, and electrical systems. - Familiarity with different renewable energy technologies (wind, hybrid, etc.) will be an added advantage. - Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. This position offers a salary range of 50,000 - 70,000 per month based on experience and expertise. It is a Full-time job requiring in-person work location.,
