HEAD QA/QC

In this role as QA/QC Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control aspects of building construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and implementing the company-level Quality Assurance Manual. - Monitoring and ensuring quality standards at various project sites. - Periodically briefing and training execution teams on quality practices and compliance. - Conducting regular quality audits across multiple sites. - Identifying and resolving quality-related issues in coordination with project teams. The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications and experience: - B.E / B.Tech (Civil) qualification. - Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction, with at least 5 years as a Site Engineer and the remaining as a QA/QC Engineer. - Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. - Experience in working on high-rise building projects will be an added advantage.
