Solar Installation Engineer

As a Solar Installation Designer at Solruf India Pvt Ltd, a leading renewable energy company specializing in solar solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing customized solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Your focus will be on creating sustainable and energy-efficient systems that align with clients" needs and contribute to a greener future. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the installation team, project managers, and clients to ensure the design and implementation of high-quality and cost-effective solar solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing solar PV systems, conducting site assessments, performing technical calculations, utilizing solar design software, coordinating projects, communicating with clients, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing documentation. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you should have proven experience in solar system design, proficiency in solar design and simulation software, strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, familiarity with Indian solar industry regulations, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential. Preferred skills for this position include certification in Solar Design or relevant industry certifications, experience with energy storage systems and hybrid solar applications, and familiarity with design tools like AutoCAD for creating 3D models and layouts. While not mandatory, these skills would be beneficial in enhancing your performance in the role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off, operating on a day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Bhandup West.
