Strategic HR Management: - Assisting in developing and implementation of various HR initiatives aligned with the plant's operational goals. - Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and increase employee moral & productivity. Recruitment & Staffing - Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified personals - Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly - Implement employee recognition and retention programs. Training and Development: - Ensuring training needs and support training programs to develop Technical & Behavioural skills. - Identify competency gaps and work closely with the stakeholders to develop training plans that enhance employee's skills & capabilities. - Analysing & Planning of induction & onboarding programs to integrate & enhance employee capabilities. Performance Management: - Implement and manage the effective performance management process. - Develop and monitor employee performance improvement plans & development plans. HR Metrics and Reporting: - Present regular reports for plant management on HR activities and trends. - Analyse HR data trends for providing insights of key HR metrics such as Employee Turnover, Training Costs, Employee Engagement, etc. - Possess the experience in data visualization using Excel. Change Management: - Support initiatives aimed at strengthening company culture, improving employee engagement, and driving organizational growth.
