Key Responsibilities ~Lead procurement of key materials: solar cells, EVA, glass, backsheet, junction boxes, aluminium frames ~Manage global sourcing, vendor development & compliance (BIS, ALMM, DGFT) ~Build long-term supplier partnerships with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery ~Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, R&D, Quality, and Finance ~Implement ERP-based procurement systems and drive KPIs (OTD, PPV, Inventory Turnover) Required Skills & Qualifications ~B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Production ~MBA in Supply Chain / Operations (Preferred) ~Deep knowledge of solar BoM & supplier ecosystems ~Expertise in import/export regulations, contract negotiations, and cost optimization ~Strong ERP (SAP/Oracle), analytical, and leadership capabilities ~Join us and be part of the clean energy movement powering tomorrow.
