Client Servicing Executive Responsibilities ● Revenue responsibility of generating sales with a target. ● Introduce our company and its services ● Interact with clients, understand their requirements and coordinate with the design team and vendors ● Go and meet the client and present the designs and gather feedback ● Handling and managing and keeping sale lead sheet updated ● Calling sales leads and taking detailed brief and coordinating with design team and production team ● Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience ● Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes ● Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement Client Servicing Executive Qualifications ● Proven experience in a Customer Service role is required ● Prior experience in customer facing roles ● Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers ● Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills ● Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls ● Time management skills ● Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly ● Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience ● Ability to speak a second language is an asset Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you speak English?
