Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Machine Design Experience in Mechanical Engineering and Research and Development (R&D) Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Relevant industry certifications are a plus
