Key Responsibilities Brand Vision & Storytelling Craft and implement a compelling marketing strategy that strengthens Soil2Souls presence in India and globally. Build a brand voice that inspires travellers to connect with heritage, culture, and spirituality. Digital & Social Media Leadership Curate engaging, inspiring content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Grow vibrant online communities that resonate with our journeys. Lead performance-driven campaigns (including SEO, SEM, and print ads) to generate high-quality leads. Web & Online Ecosystem Elevate Soil2Souls website into a storytelling and lead-generation platform. Drive blog, video, and email marketing initiatives that share transformative travel stories. Print, PR & Partnerships Expand brand presence in travel, wellness, and cultural media. Forge collaborations with influencers, tourism boards, and like-minded organisations. Create compelling brochures, articles, and features that highlight Soil2Souls essence. Exhibitions & Global Presence Represent Soil2Soul at leading travel fairs, exhibitions, and B2B/B2C events in India. Design immersive exhibition experiences that reflect our soulful brand identity. Position Soil2Soul as a thought leader in spiritual and cultural travel. Qualifications Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management skills Social Media Management and Content Creation skills Print, Social media, exhibition presence and increase market visibility leading to sales. Market Research and Data Analysis skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage.
